Thank you for highlighting officers killed in the line of the duty. It means more than you know.

Paula, another great article. I have yet to write an adequate Thanksgiving piece this year but know that I am thankful for you. I'm taking a very brief break to focus on writing a brief faith-based book. Your story about the Frank Connor family shows how important and consequential your work continues to be.

You are so kind, thank you. I'm also grateful for you and all the amazing work you do. : )

When will your book be available? I've been reading a lot of faith-based books and would love to add to my collection.

I'm in awe of the Frank Connor family. That letter meant so much.

I took a break today but I will work toward it over the next couple of days. The Fullness of Grace.

Hi Paula:

Just wanted to let you know that I, and the police officers I know (including my son) truly appreciate everything you do for the police. If it weren't for supporters such as yourself it would be very difficult for officers to go to work every day. When I was an active officer it seemed like every time I would go through a period of asking myself, "Why am I doing this?", I would get a positive contact, comment or gracious act that would give me a boost and snap me out of the negative self-talk. So you, and others like you, make a world of difference! Thanks again and have a Merry Christmas!
