Mostly what you'd expect. Peer Support being probably the best thing they've implemented. Cops whose sole job it is to assist officers in navigating the mental health system, rehab, etc. They've saved a lot of people's jobs by getting them help before an addiction or mental health problem landed them in the discipline process.

That's critical! Nobody knows what an officer is going through more than another officer.
